After your 90-minute assessment, you will be sent a summary report including a formulation of your difficulties.
You will be provided with recommendations for treatment. You have the opportunity to choose wether to continue treatment with Verus Minds.

Our therapy sessions are designed to be flexible and accommodating to your needs. We believe in providing ample time for discussion, reflection, and therapeutic work to ensure you feel supported throughout the process.
It is generally recommended for individual CBT for depression and anxiety disorders to consist of 12 – 20 sessions with regular 6 weekly - reviews, depending on your symptoms and chronicity of your difficulties
Frequency and duration of appointments will be adjusted to meet your individual needs and progress towards your goals
Sessions are usually between 50 – 60 minutes in duration and held either remotely over video, or in person, depending on the Therapist’s location and availability.
