If suitable, you will be offered a 90-minute assessment and formulation session.

The assessment and formulation session is a structured conversation that helps us understand your difficulties, develop a CBT formulation, and agree goals.

We will also discuss whether CBT is the right approach and what treatment may involve.

Fees are reviewed periodically.

At present, Verus Minds accepts self-funded clients and does not work directly with private medical insurers.

If you have private medical insurance, you may wish to contact your insurer to ask whether your policy covers self-funded therapy and whether they would reimburse you directly. Coverage varies between policies.

Yes. We offer both online and face-to-face therapy sessions, which depends on clinician schedules and room availability.

Our Assessment provision has options for both face-to-face and online appointments.

Sessions are paid in advance to confirm your appointment.
