Urgent Help and Support

We do not offer crisis support. Please note that our service operates on an appointment–only basis.

We recognize that thoughts of suicide and self-harm are common and will be experienced as overwhelming.

When individuals feel unable to keep themself safe, we would recommend engaging with emergency crisis services and support.
